Daryl legg
Daryl has around 16 years of experience in hairdressing and barbering, with over 10 years at MINT Bournemouth. He was a senior stylist for 8 years to now director. His work has also been featured by BarberEVO magazine.
His portfolio showcases a range of modern men’s styles, including: Skin fades, Restyles also specialises in scissor cuts. loyal customer base built over many years.
Matty Rosiecki
Matty has 12 years of barbering experience, having started as an apprentice at mint bournemouth before progressing to Senior stylist/manager and education and now director.
His specialties include: Skin fades, clean shape up, Beard trims, Afro Traditional wet shaving. His work has also been featured by BarberEVO magazine. He has won Barber of the Year twice at the English Hair & Beauty Awards, 2020 and 2022.
jack roe
Jack has been at MINT Bournemouth for 7 years after completing our mint academy, hes recently been promoted to senior stylist, he is also an educator at the mint academy.
In 2024, Jack won Barber of the Year at the British Hair & Beauty Awards. His public portfolio includes a wide variety of modern barbering styles, including: Skin fades, traditional haircuts and afro.
Max Draper
With over 3 years of barbering experience, Max began his journey at Mike Taylor Education before spending two years honing his skills in a busy barbershop. Now a stylist at MINT Barbers, he specialises in skin fades and swept-back taper fades, delivering clean, modern cuts with precision and attention to detail.
Max is passionate about providing every client with a first class experience, taking the time to understand their individual style and recommend the best haircut to suit them. Known for his friendly, professional approach and strong customer service, he takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients while maintaining the high standards MINT is known for.
